Having retreated to France and not long back from tumbling in the wild waves of Cornwall and climbing Welsh mountains, I'm acutely aware there's no GoldenYoga Autumn Retreat this year and realise its such a significant offering in which I find utter delight.
 In this light, I offer a one day retreats at GoldenYoga E17
on Sunday 10th December
Its a chance to come together for deeply nourishing and enlightening practice and to share seasonal delights with a stroll on the local marshes in between.
The days will be from 10am - 4pm and will be £55 including provisions.
