On the eve of Summer Solstice in a lovely village in Aube, north-central France, The GoldenYoga French retreat will begin. I'm delighted  to invite you to share the fruits of GoldenYoga in this most conducive setting. Last summer I practiced yoga in the shade of a Paulownia tree at the centre of the former farmstead, fine tuned by Pat (who some of you met in Puglia & Parmoor) for her cello courses. The barn with the red felt hanging will be wonderful for yoga and I'm honoured to have been invited to bring a group here and feel it to be most fitting, as it emerged from a passion to impart practice! Its about a 4 hour drive from Calais. Eurostar trains dept. from London St. Pancras International to Troyes via Paris. Villiers le Bois is a 50min drive from Troyes. We can come and pick you up from Troyes.

With morning and evening meditation and yoga by day, the retreat promises a rich melding of mindful moving, free-flow and form with moments of stillness and deep repose.
