The GoldenYoga retreat in Puglia bridged 6 decades with participants in their 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's & 70's. Alas we didn't manage to draw John Banks (in his 80's) into our yoga stable (the studio once housed animals). He rather drew us into his butterfly kingdom with a screening of his film 'Gilded Butterflies and the secrets of their scales'. You may now quiz us on the extraordinary science of the colours in butterfly wings, along with the wings we’re sprouting.
